It was a pretty strenuous walk, it wouldn´t have been any steeper than Scrabo, but it´s hard to fill your lungs with oxygen at this altitude. When we eventually got there, having taken one wrong turning, it was absolutely worth the walk. It was stunning - we took our first group photo on a rock in front of it. What happens if you mix Buckfast with copious spliffage, 2 hours sleep and a lot of walking?? You get an interesting night missing fireworks at Ally Pally, watching London explode carefully and beautifully and then, you find three reprobates, who make faces and can't play the rizla game. Oh yeah, and you end up awake until the wee silly hours all over again...
